International shipping is unpredictable and customs delays do occur. For international orders, once the parcel leaves Ukraine it becomes the property of your local post office. Please double check the spelling in the order details as I am not responsible for errors in the order details provided by the buyer, such as spelling errors. Postage and packaging costs are non-refundable unless it is our fault. Shipping charges are non-refundable for refused or undeliverable packages.
